Millie Park, from the nearby village of Rolvenden, has been a friend of Cherry Tree for over 15 years. Growing up surrounded by animals and horses, Millie developed an early passion for both the natural world and the arts. Her exceptional eye for detail and soft, lifelike style led her naturally into studying Art at school, where she completed her qualifications and began refining her craft.
What began as drawings of her friends’ and family’s beloved pets including Joseph’s own Jack Russell, Fergie soon grew into a remarkable portfolio of work. Over the years, Millie has honed her technique into something truly special: portraits so detailed and expressive they feel almost photographic, yet still unmistakably hand drawn and unique to her artistic style.
Today, Millie is delighted to offer her beautiful commissions to families wishing to cherish their pets in a timeless and personal way. Each portrait is created with immense care, hours of dedication, and a heartfelt understanding of how much our companions mean to us. These pieces are one-of-a-kind tributes, ideal as gifts, keepsakes, or memorials.
