An additional £58 attendance charge applies after 5:30pm on weekdays, after 12:30pm on Saturdays and throughout Sunday.
Please call before travelling so we can arrange a time to welcome you.

When You Arrive
At the Gate
You’ll find the intercom to the right of the gate. Press it and our team will explain where to go next.
A Personal Welcome
We will meet you outside the reception room and gently help bring your companion inside.
Time Together
We will talk through your wishes, then give you privacy to spend time with your companion and say goodbye.
If you need any help when you arrive, please let us know when you call.
CCTV is in operation 24 hours a day.
