Individual cremation and the return of your companion’s ashes in a scatter tube or traditional light wooden casket, according to the price column you choose. The traditional light wooden casket includes an engraved brass name plaque.
Collection, delivery of ashes and optional keepsakes are charged separately. If you bring your companion to us and collect their ashes yourself, there is no transport charge.
These prices are for a standard individual cremation. More complex arrangements may cost more; we will discuss and agree any additional charge with you beforehand.
Bringing Them Home
the Same Day
We understand how much it can mean to have your companion home with you. Our usual turnaround is normally the following working day.
With same-day cremation, ashes are normally ready in two to three hours. Keepsakes may take longer.
Usual cut-offs: 2:30pm weekdays, 2pm Saturday and 1pm Sunday. Please call first; later arrangements depend on availability.
If You Need Us
Out of Hours
We know you cannot choose when you will need us. Please give us a ring and we will talk through how we can help.
The additional attendance charge applies after 5:30pm on weekdays, after 12:30pm on Saturdays and throughout Sunday.
We will confirm the arrangements and any applicable charges with you.
