Our private reception rooms give you somewhere peaceful to be with your companion. We will talk through your wishes, then give you privacy for your farewells.
Visits are by appointment. Please call before travelling so we can arrange a time for you.

Our Promise.
Your companion’s paperwork stays with them throughout their care. Our team follows established routines, developed over more than 25 years, to keep each pet correctly identified.
Every pet is cremated individually, alone within an enclosed chamber. This includes even the smallest species of pet.
All ashes are carefully collected before the next cremation begins. The ashes returned to you are all and only those of your companion.
You are welcome to talk to us about any part of their care. We understand how much that reassurance matters.
A Time Agreed with You
We will explain when your companion’s ashes will be ready and agree the arrangements for their return.
Our Usual Service
Normally the following working day
Your companion’s ashes are carefully prepared for their return. Additional keepsakes or preparation can take longer; we will agree a time with you.
Same-Day Cremation
An optional service · £70 extra
If bringing your companion home that day would offer comfort, you can choose this when you are with us. Ashes are normally ready within two to three hours.
Same-day times and arrangements
Our usual cut-off times are 2:30pm Monday–Friday, 2pm Saturday and 1pm Sunday. Additional keepsakes or preparation may take longer.
You may wish to spend some time in the local town or countryside after saying goodbye. We will agree a time for you to return.
If you need a later arrangement, please contact us beforehand. We may be able to help, depending on staff availability. An additional attendance charge applies outside the times shown in our opening hours information.
Something Personal to You
You may wish to keep their ashes at home or scatter them somewhere meaningful. We can help you explore scatter tubes, caskets and other memorial choices.

A Little Guidance
Can I arrange care directly with you?
Yes. You are welcome to contact our team directly. We can discuss bringing your companion to Cherry Tree or arranging collection from your home or veterinary practice.
Do you care for small pets too?
Yes. Our individual-cremation promise applies to pets of every size, including the smallest species. You can find small pet, cat and dog prices on our pricing page.
Can I think about arrangements in advance?
Of course. You are welcome to talk things through with our team or use our wishes forms and brochures. A wishes form can be given to your vet; we do not retain these forms because your wishes may change.
What if I need you outside normal hours?
Someone is on call until 8pm on weekdays. Weekend availability is Saturday 9am–5pm and Sunday 10am–4pm. Please call before travelling.
An additional £58 attendance charge applies after 5:30pm on weekdays, after 12:30pm on Saturdays and throughout Sunday. See our opening hours and availability for details.
